Keep frozen until used.  Do not refreeze if thawed.

Convection Oven:  Pre-heat oven to 325F/160C.  Place a single layer of frozen fish fillets on a lightly greased shallow baking pan.  Bake for 17-19 minutes or until done.

Oven:  Pre-heat oven to 375F/190C.  Place a single layer of frozen fish fillets on a shallow baking pan.  Bake for 28-30 minutes or until done.
